2. Detailed Information

Zerg Mineral Exploit Provides you with 514 minerals each time this exploit is used on Larva, Hydralisk or Mutalisk, it may also have different effects on the game when used in UMS games. This also comes with auto cancel and crash protection for units that were never canceled and hatched.

Auto Queue Automatically re-queues units once their built, you can add/remove units for auto queue using the hotkey F8 or Ctrl + F8 to remove all units. To toggle on/off global auto queue for all buildings use the hotkey F9 and for Subunit auto queue use the hotkey Ctrl + F9, if toggled on Scarabs/Interceptors will begin construction immediately until full and will replenish any lost units in combat.

Maphack This maphack includes safe clicks (client-sided clicks) to help make maphack undetectable, state hack to view the content or building queue of an enemy unit or building and three different modes which are full, lite and off, these modes can be toggled using the /mh command or the hotkeys Insert or Ctrl + Insert. However it is still possible for maphack to be detected through invisible target clicks (right clicks), so this feature has been disabled by default and can be toggled on with the /tclicks command.

Name Spoofer Comes with temp ip ban protection and will allow you to spoof a name of your choice that is 24 characters or less, use the command /spoof in a channel followed by the name you want. To add color to your name use the escape sequence character ' \ ' followed by a color code found under Name Spoofer Codes. It is important to know when spoofing a name if you win or lose it will result in a disconnect on your record, this is no bug and cannot be fixed. Heres an example on how to add color to your name, "/spoof \RZyna\Bstor" this will show your name as "<Red>Zyna<Blue>stor".

Well, this is the new tutorial for Oblivion. The last one of this caliber was the tutorial for Panic.

First off the hotkeys.

In-Game Reference

F5 toggles that annoying lag box timer on or off. Back in the days, this thing wouldn't even make the lag box go away once it had appeared, so please don't take for granted the amount of improvements that have come along the way since previous patches.

F6 will execute the Zerg mineral exploit. You can use it on Larvae, Hydralisks, Mutalisks, Hatcheries, Lairs, Creep Colonies, and Spires. If it can morph into another unit, you can use the exploit on it.

F8 this will automatically replace the queued unit in whatever building you are using once that unit has finished building.

Ctrl + F8 Removes all units from being auto queued. For that current unit. F9 Will toggle global auto unit queues on and off. Useful if your in a massing game and can manage a large amount of units using the built in multicommand.

Ctrl + F9 Will turn on/off the automatic building/rebuilding of subunits, like Interceptors, or Scarabs.

F11 There are three modes to this in-game timer: Off Real In-Game

Real Time Timer mode will be set to real time (Fastest setting in SC makes seconds go by faster than normal time). In-game time runs on SC's timer system.

It's affected by the game speed. It shows you the total elapsed time you've been in the game using Starcraft's timers.

Ctrl + F11 Toggles the three state timer system backwards.

F12 Toggles the five state stats hack forwards. It's five states are: Off Resource/Supply Average Resources Gathered Alliance Statuses Player IPs and Ping Rates.

The resource stats hack shows you the amount of minerals and gas each of your opponents have, including their corresponding supply amount.

The average resources stats hack shows the average amount of resources each player is receiving, even you. The higher your rating, the better. Try to keep it higher then everyone else's.

Alliance Stats hack shows you who's allied to who. But generally, it's who's allied to YOU that's more important.

And lastly the very convenient IP and Ping Rate stats hack. This shows you the other player's IP Addresses, as well as their Ping rates. This can sometimes be blocked, or malfunction due to misconfigured, or unconfigured routers/modems.

Ctrl + F12 Toggles the five state stats hack backwards through it's different states.

~ / Alt It is up to you which key you will use for your multicommanding pleasure. You can configure this in the Oblivion.ini file that comes with every copy of Oblivion. It stays on when you press the hotkey, and goes off when you press the hotkey again. Be aware of this. Multicommanding will let you issue the same exact order to every single one of the same unit type you have selected. A good example of this is using the multicommand on a single Zergling. Every order you give to that one Zergling will be simultaneously issued to every other Zergling you own. Please be careful when using with your workers, you may make them stop collecting resources.

Ctrl + F This will find and select an idle worker that you may have lying around. In your top right corner of the screen, Oblivion will tell you how many idle (Non working) workers you may have.

Numpad 0 Executes the Drone Float exploit. This allows your Drone to float in small short little hops. I will go into this in much more detail later on in this tutorial.

Delete Toggles the 16-line in-game message log. Starcraft now finally has a built in message log for those of us who use Oblivion or Antarctic.dll! This will show you the last 16 messages sent or received through chatting. Messages generated by maps you are playing are not saved in the log.

Insert The universal hotkey for maphack, this key will toggle the three state maphack forwards. The three states are: Off Lite Mode Full mode

Lite Mode will still display the fog of war on the map, while still displaying units that may be in the fog of war. This is generally the most useful state because you have better decisive capabilities with fog of war partially disabled. Full Mode will disable the fog of war completely showing the map completely clear to you. Please note that this is client side only. Turning on Vision to your friends won't give them vision of the entire map. This maphack also features a full state hack letting you see the building times, unit mana, etc for enemy or allied units. It does not differentiate between hallucinations or real units yet.

Ctrl + Insert Toggles the three state maphack backwards through it's three states.

Lobby Reference

Page Up / Down This will scroll your download status up and down. If at first pressing them does not work, hold down the Alt button, and then press page up or down. Your Download Status will scroll up and down accordingly. Please note that if you are still scrolling when the game start timer has reached 0, the game will stay in the Missions Briefing screen until you hold Page Up to scroll it back to 100. The game will not continue on after the mission briefings screen if anyone's Download Status is not at 100. End Refreshes the game so that your game is at the top of the server list. If you cannot host games, please do not spam this and take up room on your server's list.

And now for the in-game commands you may use most often.

In-Game

/list Shows a list of the players in your game including their player ID and their current Race. Please note that in some UMS maps, their race may not necessarily be what they are using.

/kill Will kill any workers you have currently selected. This can be used with the multicommand. Simply turn on the multicommand by pressing the ~ or the Alt key (Whichever you have configured) and type in /kill. All your workers of the selected type(s) will die. This is useful if you would like to free up useful supply you might need, or for clearing off power-ups in UMS maps.

/hold This will command a unit to hold position. And example of this is to give a worker the hold position command. Normally you wouldn't be able to do this because workers do not have the hold position icon. This will let you issue that order to them. They will behave like every other unit, they will stay in one place, and attack anything that gets close enough.

/rally This will reset all of your building's rally points to themselves again. Useful if your rally points are getting out of hand.

/mining This will display how many workers are actually working!

In-Game + Lobby

/mh [num] This will set the maphack state. (1=off, 2=lite, 3=full) Great for those Sniper maps that might crash you. Please note that Oblivion's maphack gives some sprite protection in certain sniper maps. But not all of them.

/tclicks Toggles maphack target clicks on or off. When set to off, you will be able to attack units through the fog of war, if set to on, you can attack a unit, but Oblivion will turn that attack unit command to a general attack here command. This will prevent Oblivion users from being detected by illegally clicking on units they still shouldn't be able to see.

/automine This will toggle automatic worker mining on or off. Very useful in maps that require you to do alot rather than watch your workers.

/unitalert This will toggle the configurable Unit Alert on or off. You can configure this unit alert in Oblivion's configuration file, Oblivion.ini. setting the value to 1 next to that unit would mean that Oblivion will warn you if any of that unit are being built anywhere in the map. Setting to 0 will mean Oblivion will NOT tell you if that unit is being built in that map.

/nukealert This will toggle the Nuclear Missile alert. If set to on, this will ping the map of the location to be nuked, (Marked with the red dot) as well as the player doing the nuking.

/dropalert Toggles Dropship alerts on or off. Useful for seeing who is loading or unloading what to where. This will ping you the location and tell you what is being loaded into or off of a dropship.

/autounally This will toggle auto-unally on or off. Some sly people in melee maps often unally you from the start to see if you will unally them automatically. It is useful to turn this feature off at the start of every match, or leave it off if you wish. You are free to turn it back on later, in case someone wants to BS you.

/actlog This toggles the in-game action log on or off. This will record all game actions being issued in that current map. (Hotkeys, etc.)

Channel Reference

/spoof [name] This will enable you to spoof your name to whatever you wish, as long as it is shorter than 24 characters. You are also able to use colors with the color commands listed in the read me at the top of this tutorial. I will go into name spoofing in greater detail later in this tutorial.

/rn This will restore your original name.

/cn This displays your currently spoofed name.

/ar This will toggle auto-respoof on or off. It is on by default. Having this on will let Oblivion respoof your name after everygame you play letting you not have to type in /spoof [name] everytime you come back from a game.

/home This will make you join your home channel. You can set your home channel in Oblivion's configuration file, Oblivion.ini.

/uptime This will display the current system and Oblivion uptime. (Time elapsed from when you first loaded the hack)

Other Features

Start a game without any opponents.

Normally Starcraft will say you need an opponent in order to start a game. This will let you start a game, even if you are the only on there.

Stay in game even after being defeated.

Normally you would have the "Failed to acquire Victory" pop up, forcing you to exit the game. This will let you stay in the game after you have been defeated, thereby enabling you to potentially help your allies out more with your maphack and tips.

In-game system and elapsed timers.

This is the timers that are controlled by the F11 hotkey.

Show map download status at all times.

This will show everyone's map download status. This is great for finding out who hasn't downloaded the map, prior to starting the game.

Save screenshots as bitmap's rather than PCX.

Most computers do not have any way of reading PCX files without additional software. This will save your screenshots in a much more common filetype. Bitmaps, you can edit them in MS Paint.

Nuclear missile alert with map ping on nuke attempt. (not launch)

This will ping the location of where the nuke will be dropped. (The red dot)

Dropship alert on unload with map ping.

This will alert you to the location of someone's unloading point for their dropship. If it happens to be in your base, you'll be able to scramble together a defense force to repel the dropship. (And hopefully before the dropship gets there)

Ally alert with auto unally/unvision.

This will tell you who unallied you, and auto unally them if you have autounally set to on.

Configurable unit alert. (Only alerts on enemy units)

This is the configurable unit alert you can change to your liking in Oblivion's configuration file, Oblivion.ini.

Channel, lobby and in-game chat logger.

This will save all conversations you have in Starcraft in a folder called logs in your oblivion folder. It will save the chat logs by date.

Automatically re-queue units. (Auto queue)

Autoqueued units will automatically be requeued (Rebuilt) in selected building(s).

Automatically create a worker on map begin.

This will automatically create a worker from your Main building or larva at the start of a map. If you always use the mineral hack, it is preferable to keep this set to off. As one larva turning into a Drone at the very start leaves you with no minerals to make another egg.

Automatically mine minerals on map begin.

Your workers will automatically mine resources for you at the start of a map, as long as the workers and main building are in a set proximity to the resources.

Automatically mine minerals on unit create.

Your workers will automatically start mining resources upon being created. (Detrimental to mineral hacking)

Automatically gain lobby ops. (host hack)

This will automatically give you host powers for the game lobby. You will be able to boot people as if you were the host.

Alliance menu player names are in ally status color.

Player names in the Diplomacy menu, and in the stats hack displays will be colored according to their alliance status with you. Red means enemy, Yellow means allied without allied victory, and Green means allied with allied victory.

Lag screen box timer always set to 1 second. (safe quick drop)

The lag box timer will be automatically set to one second. Thus allowing you to drop people without having to wait for the full 45 seconds, and also bypassing warden's watch on that function.

On-screen worker idle detection.

This is aforementioned display in the top right corner of your screen. It displays how many of your workers are not working.

Show enemy minimap pings.

If your enemies happen to use mini map pings, this will reveal them all to you, allowing you better strategic decision making.

Minimap pings are in player color. (yellow is unknown/default)

The mini map ping will be the color of the player who pinged it. Letting you know easily who might be spamming the minimap with pings.

Player colored minimap pings.

Sometimes the map colors are different, some may contain custom colors. This will color most of the pings to their corresponding color. Sometimes the colors are too different however, and will just show up as yellow.

Name spoofer with temp ip ban protection.

The name spoofer will automatically apply temp ban protection for your name spoof. (Temp Ban Protection is simply the term given to changing your name from the spoofed, version to your actual Battle.net account name, because if it didn't change it back, you'd get a temporary ban from a Battle.net server.)

Auto join home channel on battle.net login.

Oblivion will automatically join your set home channel in the Oblivion.ini configuration file.

Zerg mineral exploit with auto cancel and crash protection.

This will let you simple press one button, instead of having to press two. You only have to press F6, instead of having to press F6 and then Esc.

Drop hack protection with counter drop for leaked ZDropHack.

Oblivion will crash SC if you have ZDropHack.dll loaded at the same time as oblivion upon starting a game. It will also block the drop attempt sent by ZDropHack.dll, and counter drop the ZDropHack.dll user. This only counters ZDropHack.dll or any other drop hack that uses the same method of dropping.

Warning messages are disabled. (Unit unplaceable messages)

Those irritating bright yellow Unit Unplaceable messages are now blocked. Replaced with a nice quiet Building Exit Blocked.

Bypass anti-hack protection when connecting to battle.net.

Oblivion will not make Starcraft give you an error message when trying to connect to Battle.net while it has already been loaded. Meaning, you can load Oblivion by only using the zLoader.exe DLL injector, as it will launch Starcraft for you, and load Oblivion at the same time.

Now for the fun stuff, the great tutorials on name spoofing and Drone floating!

Name Spoofing

Ok, now that you've got your copy of Oblivion, your ready to spoof. But how do you go about getting those fancy "stacked" 3D looking names? It's not so hard actually. Just a little bit of experimentation can get you a long way!

Here is an example "stacked" name spoof that I will share with all of you.

Simply type in:

/spoof \V\T\T\T\GU\RS\WM\BC \C\DUSMC

As you can see, it will be perfectly stacked, with the grey being a shadowed front. You can use this as a template for your spoofed names. There are many styles of name spoofing, this is merely one of them. This particular style can only handle most names from 4-6 characters long. And they may require modifications, such as varying the amount of spaces between the first name and the second half of it. (\BC \C\D area of the spoof) Also please note that when entering these commands, you must have the color code CAPITALIZED. Take green for instance.

You have to type in \G for green. \g will NOT work.

Drone Floating

For this little bit of fun, it's nice to know some background information. Back in previous patches, you were able to float a drone without using a hack. By surrounding the Drone you wished to float, you could then make it quickly issue build commands to a far away place, and it would fly across the map to where you were telling it to build stuff. In this same manner, we can recreate

Drone Flying today, using hacks instead of build commands.

Simply surround the target Drone you want to fly, with other units. Doesn't matter what, as long as the Drone is completely surround so that it cannot move at all. Once this is done, you may pick a target destination following these simple rules.

The Drone can fly in only a straight line using this method. There are other methods, however this one is the easiest to do.

Your target destination must be on a piece of land that is at the same elevation as where your Drone currently is. That means, if you were on regular terrain, and you were trying to fly to a place on high ground for instance, the Drone won't fly there.

Once you found the place you want to fly to, select your Drone, right click the place you want to fly to, and press 0 on the numpad after that. You don't have to rush to press the hotkey, just right click, then press. In about the same speed it took you to read that series of instructions. If you did it correctly, you'll see your Drone fly through whatever units might be in it's way, and fly over any obstacles that might have otherwise have been in it's way, whether it be more units, or terrain (Such as water, or space).

Additional Information by Zhuinden: - You don't have to surround your drone if there is a spot where the drone goes and he stays there after clicking several times (so it doesn't move up down up down when clicking.) If there is a spot like that (for example on Naruto Hokage Battle), you can click a LOT on the spot where you want to float to, and after doing that and the drone is looking that way, click Move at the spot once again and press Numpad 0 gently. It will most likely fly over (sometimes it doesn't work on your first try, and have your NumLock on.)
